Precision CNC Machined Parts Metal & Engineering Plastics

We produce precision CNC parts using 3‑5 axis milling, multi‑axis turning, Swiss machines and automated cells. Our parts serve thermal assemblies, power electronics, medical devices and aerospace where tight tolerances, complex geometry and traceable quality are essential.

  • 5‑axis milling, multi‑spindle Swiss turning, live tooling and EDM
  • Tight tolerances (typical ±0.01 mm, specialty ±0.005 mm) and fine surface finishes
  • Prototype → NPI → scalable production with in‑process inspection and CMM reporting

5-Axis Milling

Complex 3D geometry, undercuts and tight surface finishes.

Swiss Turning

High precision turned parts for small diameters and long runs.

CMM & Inspection

Full dimensional reports, 3D scans and FAI packages.

Core Capabilities

Multi‑Axis Milling

Multi‑Axis Milling

3‑axis, 4‑axis and full 5‑axis milling centers for complex contours, sculpted surfaces and single‑setup machining to reduce stack‑up error and improve throughput.
Turning & Swiss Machining

Turning & Swiss Machining

CNC lathes with live tooling and multi‑spindle Swiss machines for high‑precision turned components and integrated milling features on the same part.
EDM, Grinding & Secondary Operations

EDM, Grinding & Secondary Operations

Wire and sinker EDM for tight internal features, surface/grind finishing for tight flatness and runout, and hole finishing for bearing seats.
Automation & High‑Volume Cells

Automation & High‑Volume Cells

Automated pallet systems, bar feeders, and robotic loading to enable repeatable, efficient production for medium‑ to high‑volume programs.

Materials We Machine

Metals: Aluminum (6061, 7075, ADC12), stainless steels (304, 316, 420), brass, copper, titanium, and specialty alloys. Plastics: PEEK, POM/Delrin, PC, ABS, Ultem and engineering thermoplastics for electrical insulation or chemical resistance.

Material selection & guidance

We advise on material choice for thermal performance, machinability, plating compatibility and lifecycle environment (temperature, corrosion, wear).
Materials We Machine
Tolerances & Surface Finish

Tolerances & Surface Finish

Typical tolerances: ±0.01 mm for general CNC features; ±0.005 mm for critical features using precision setups and grinding. Surface finish: Ra 0.4–3.2 µm achievable depending on material and process; electropolish and precision grinding available for tight finishes.

GD&T & critical features

We support GD&T on drawings, datums and feature control frames. Critical features are processed with dedicated fixtures and in‑process inspection to reduce rework risks.

Inspection & Metrology

Inspection & Metrology

In‑house metrology includes CMM (programmable inspection), optical comparators, surface roughness testers, hardness testers and non‑contact 3D scanning. We provide detailed dimensional reports and SPC data for production runs.

Quality systems

ISO 9001 processes, traceable incoming material inspection, in‑process checks and FAI/PPAP packages for automotive and regulated industries.

Finishing & Secondary Processes

We offer anodizing (standard, hard, color), electroless nickel, silver/copper plating, passivation, powder coating, wet paint, bead blasting, polishing and laser marking. Tight coordination between machining and finishing maintains tolerances and cosmetic requirements.

Thermal and functional treatments

Heat treatments, stress relieving, and surface treatments for improved wear, fatigue and conductivity where required.

Frequently Asked Questions

What CAD format do you prefer?
STEP (.step/.stp) is preferred. Native CAD and neutral 3D files are acceptable. Include PMI or a drawing/PDF for critical tolerances and surface finish callouts.
Yes — material certificates (MTR) and heat‑treat records can be provided and linked to lot numbers on final shipments.
Yes — we handle anodize, plating, coating and complete assembly (press‑fit, fasten, adhesive) plus functional and burn‑in testing as required.
